We offer a practical one-day training course that will introduce you to the world of the Artificial Intelligence Act (AI Act). The training program is not just theory, but primarily focuses on concrete guidelines and tools that will help your company comply with the new legal requirements.

Training objective

- You will understand the requirements for high-risk AI systems – learn how to identify them and what criteria they must meet.
- You will prepare for the implementation of the AI Act – learn how to effectively organize the implementation project and document compliance.
Target audience of the training
The training is aimed at employees at various management levels who will be involved in risk analysis of AI systems and their classification within the company, as well as teams implementing solutions to ensure compliance with the AI Act requirements. Specifically, we invite representatives from legal, IT, and security departments. The training is also designed for top management to ensure full understanding and support in the process of implementing the new regulations.
Language of the training
The training is conducted in Polish. There is also the possibility to organize the training in English.

Trainer: Emanuel Krzysztoń
Emanuel Krzysztoń is a graduate of three prestigious universities: the University of Lisbon, the University of Aveiro, and the Kazimierz Wielki University in Bydgoszcz. He is an outstanding student with an impressive academic record, including being a ten-time recipient of scientific scholarships and the title of the best student at the Faculty of Mathematics, Physics, and Engineering at UKW.
He holds a Master’s degree in engineering, with specializations in mechatronics, automation/cybersecurity, and safety engineering with a technical focus. Professionally, he is passionate about information security, cybersecurity for IT and OT systems, and ensuring business continuity within organizations.
He has extensive operational and research experience in the mentioned fields, gained through, among other things, the creation of a start-up.

Conditions of participation
Training Conditions of Participation
Training Fee: The training fee covers the right to participate in the one-day training for a single participant. The fee includes training materials, certificate, coffee breaks, and lunch during the training. Accommodation is not included.
Payment: Payment is due within 14 days of receiving the VAT invoice, to the bank account specified on the invoice.
Confirmation of Registration: Registration is confirmed via email to the address provided in the registration form.
Cancellation by Organizer: The organizer reserves the right to cancel the training. In the event of cancellation, participants will receive a full refund of the training fee.
Cancellation by Participant: Written withdrawal of registration at least 10 working days before the training will incur a 30% cancellation fee. A cancellation made less than 10 working days before the training will result in a 100% fee.
VAT: The price listed in the training schedule is net, and will be subject to the current VAT rate.
Data Processing Consent: By submitting the registration form, the participant/organization authorizes PBSG SA to process the provided personal data for the purposes of fulfilling the order and for marketing purposes.
Certificate of Participation: Certificates will be sent to participants after meeting the minimum requirements of 70% correct answers on the knowledge test and full payment.
Registration Form: To participate in the training, you must complete the registration form.
Acceptance of Terms: By submitting the registration, the participant agrees to the terms and conditions and consents to the processing of personal data by PBSG SA for the purposes of fulfilling the order and for promotion and marketing purposes.

Price per participant: 1,150 PLN (net)
Terms of participation
Training Fee: The fee for the training covers the right to participate in a one-day training session for one participant. The fee includes training materials and a certificate of completion.
Payment: Payment must be made based on the correctly issued VAT invoice, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the invoice, to the bank account of the organizer indicated on the invoice.
Registration Confirmation: Acceptance of registration will be confirmed by email sent to the address provided in the registration form.
Course Cancellation by Organizer: The organizer reserves the right to cancel the course. In the case of course cancellation by the organizer, participants will receive a full refund of the course fee.
Cancellation by Participant:
Written cancellation made at least 10 business days before the training date will incur a 30% cancellation fee of the training fee.
Written cancellation made less than 10 business days before the training date will incur a 100% cancellation fee of the training fee.
VAT and Pricing: The training fee listed in the schedule is net and must be increased by the applicable VAT rate.
Data Processing Consent: The individual/organization registering for the training hereby grants PBSG SA, located at Szyperska 14, Poznań, consent to process the provided personal data for the purpose of fulfilling the order.
Certificate Issuance: Training certificates will be sent to participants who meet the conditions of providing at least 70% correct answers on the knowledge test and settling payment.
Registration: To participate in the training, you must complete the registration form. By submitting the registration form, the participant agrees to the terms and conditions of participation and consents to the processing of their personal data for the purpose of fulfilling the order and for promotional and marketing activities carried out by PBSG SA.

Participants in the online training will receive access to the training platform. On the day of the training, you will need to log in to the platform. The training will begin at the designated time. During the session, the screen will be divided into three sections: presentation, trainer, and chat. Communication during the training will be conducted via the chat feature.
