We will conduct a Business Impact Analysis (BIA), based on which we will determine the potential losses resulting from disruptions to critical processes. We will consider potential financial losses, as well as reputational damage and the impact of disruptions on customer satisfaction.
For critical resources and processes identified through the BIA, we will define the RTO and RPO parameters. The analysis is conducted to properly assess key processes and practically align business continuity management with the specific needs of the organization.
The analysis is based on international standards BS 25999, ISO 22301, research from the Disaster Recovery Institute (DRI), and our own best practices in crisis management.

How do we work?
1. Identification of critical resources
We will conduct an inventory and analysis of IT resources (information systems, IT infrastructure), locations, and critical human resources (in terms of quantity and skills). We will identify critical business processes and the resources necessary to maintain business continuity and those key to the business recovery process.
2. Valuation of disruption impacts
We will estimate the financial and non-financial impacts of the interruption or significant disruption of the assessed processes. We will evaluate the size of the potential loss or the magnitude of lost benefits, as well as the impact of the interruption or significant disruption of the assessed processes on the organization’s operations (e.g., customer satisfaction, organization’s reputation, environmental impact).
3. RTO and RPO
For critical resources and processes identified through the BIA analysis, we will define the RTO and RPO parameters, i.e., the time required to restore processes after a disruption (RTO – Recovery Time Objective) and the acceptable level of data loss expressed in time (RPO – Recovery Point Objective).
4. Report
We will prepare a comprehensive report for your organization, in which we will develop: lists of critical processes along with information indicating how long (at most) a process can be unavailable; lists of resources supporting these critical processes (i.e., IT resources, locations, and key employees); lists of key products of the organization (i.e., products that are produced through processes identified by the organization as critical).
