Additionally, during the meeting, potential communication channels will be discussed, allowing for anonymous reporting, as well as the designation of a person or team responsible for investigating individual reports. This stage will allow consultants to gain an understanding of the current situation within the organization. It will serve as the foundation for planning the further necessary steps to ensure the organization complies with the directive’s requirements.

The stage involves the development of materials tailored to the organization’s specific needs. The prepared documents will include all necessary elements to ensure compliance with the current legal framework. In particular, the process of reporting violations by employees and the procedure for handling reports will be described – these guidelines are essential for the organization. All created documents, instructions, and procedures will ensure that the organization meets its obligations. Based on the results from the first stage, consultants will propose documents, which will then be adapted during workshops with the client’s representatives to fit the organization’s specifics and client requirements. During these activities, we will also provide expert assistance regarding consultations on the process of receiving and verifying reports for the entire organization.

As part of the project, it is also possible to adjust GDPR documentation to the requirements of the directive.

3. Conducting training for department heads and preparing e-learning for employees

As part of this stage, a training session will be conducted for department heads, during which the key concepts related to whistleblowing will be presented, and the whistleblower protection system implemented in the organization will be discussed. The knowledge shared during the training will enable participants to carry out their duties related to the directive in their daily work. This will also significantly raise the awareness of the management team regarding reporting violations, the documentation held, and the required behaviors. Additionally, as part of this stage, the client will receive an e-learning presentation intended for all employees of the group. Based on this, employees in the organization will have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the introduced documents.
